SUMMER 2008 (JUNE-JULY):

Completing your online Application 6 weeks prior to your arrival date is the best way to ensure a smooth and transition. If you have any questions, please contact us.

1. Review Auris website and International Volunteer Program material posted. 

2. Click on the link Online Registration and complete the registration form.

3. Click on Pay Registration and submit a $25.00 registration fee. 

4. Please allow 3-7 business days for a reply from Auris administration.

5. Administration will email you a welcome message and orientation material.

6. Administration will email you a project questionnaire.  Complete the questionnaire and return to sender.

7. Administration will create a Program Plan for you regarding the details of your stay.  Administration will also email you the Volunteer Handbook which outlines expected volunteer conduct and provides a more extensive orientation to the program and Catorce.

8. Review Program Plan and Volunteer Handbook, electronically sign, and return to Auris.

9. Program fees are due upon returned and signed Program Plan.  The program fee total will be outlined in Program Plan.  The Auris Project offers several methods for paying for program fees; discuss options with your facilitator..

10. Administration will send you final details and will answer any of your  questions.
