Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Auris Project in Catorce, Mexico!

Volunteering with the Auris Project in rural villages in Central Mexico has been characterized as a life changing experience by past volunteers. Our volunteers choose our project for a number of reasons: the desire to experience another culture, research and field work, language acquisition, an introduction to international social issues, socially conscious adventure, and more. However, it is not for everyone. Before you fill out this form, please review all of the information on our Auris International Volunteer Page and related links.

Please note: Due to the amount of time and resources necessary to process international volunteer registrations, a non-refundable registration fee of $25 is due upon acceptance of your registration. In the rare event that a registration application is declined, the entire registration fee will be returned to the registrant.

Please fill out the form completely and file using the "submit" button below. Auris staff will review your information and confirm in 3-7 business days that your registration has been received. Once we are clear about your interests and expectations, we will respond with a proposed volunteer activity plan and agreement. Please explain any other skills or interests you will bring to volunteering with the Auris Project. We will use this information to begin crafting a volunteer activity plan that best suits your interests and skills. Applications with blank interest fields will be discarded.

We also ask you to send a resume or short bio in addition to filling out this form. Prospective international volunteers are also required to provide three references, at least one of them being from a past or current teacher or employer.

Pay $25 Registration Fee. To pay the fee, click the donation button on the volunteer page or the Auris Project home page. You may also pay through your google.com, or paypal.com accounts.

Once we have all of the required information and your application fee, we will process your application to volunteer in Catorce. Please allow two to three weeks for full approval.
